Yes! HomeCourt automatically uploads all activities to the cloud when your iPhone or iPad is connected to the Internet. To ensure that your account data sync across your iPhones and iPads, please do the following:
- Ensure that you have signed in using the same account on all devices. To verify your account identity, please go to your Profile › Settings (the toggle button to the left of Notifications) › Account, and read the Email field if you are using HomeCourt on iPhone. On the iPad, go to My Family › tap on the profile with an orange check mark › Profile › Settings › Account, and read the Email field.
- If you don’t see the Email field on either device, that means the signed-in user is not a full account. You need to sign in as a full account on both devices in order for them to share the same data. Please tap “Upgrade to a Full Account” under Settings › Account and follow the on-screen instructions to sign up for a full account. Please remember your sign-in email address and password, as you’ll need to use the same information to sign in on your other device(s).
- Check that your device has a stable connection to the Internet when it record activities. If the location has Wi-Fi available, check that you have connected to the right Wu-Fi network. If Wi-Fi isn’t available, and your device has cellular data with an unlimited data plan, verify that HomeCourt has access to cellular data by going to iOS Settings › Cellular, and check whether the toggle is on under HomeCourt.
- If you have recorded activities on your device when it is not connected to the Internet, please launch HomeCourt when your device is at a location with Internet access so that HomeCourt can upload the offline activities back to the cloud.
If you have tried all of the above and data still don't sync across your devices, please share with us your HomeCourt profile links from both devices so that we may further investigate. You can copy your HomeCourt profile link by tapping Share Profile at the top right menu at your Profile and send us an email at support@homecourt.ai.
