You can always start the cancellation process for your HomeCourt subscription in HomeCourt under
Settings › Subscription › Cancel Subscription.
This will lead you to the right destination to cancel your subscription, depending on where you signed up for your HomeCourt subscription at the first place. Please complete the cancellation process at the destination that HomeCourt sends you in order for the cancellation to take effect. Please note that you may need to switch to the family owner profile under Settings before you can cancel your subscription.
If, for any reason, tapping Cancel Subscription does not effect the cancellation, please follow the steps below to cancel your subscription:
- If you purchased your HomeCourt subscription via the App Store, please see: How do I cancel my subscription if I purchased in the App Store? ↗︎
- If you have subscribed to HomeCourt through Amazon, please sign in to your Amazon account here to manage and cancel your subscription.
- If you purchased your HomeCourt subscription through the web, please contact us at billing@homecourt.ai with your account information to cancel. Please note that we need to be able to process your cancellation request at least 2 days before any upcoming payments in order to be able to stop it.
