To ensure that HomeCourt can track your hands accurately, please make sure to follow the on-screen instructions to set up your recording device for the ideal recording conditions:
- ample lighting
- clean background
- standard colour basketball
- adjust the tilt of the device so that the device can see your whole body and at least 2 feet of ground in front of you on the device at all time during the drill
- athletic stance, heads up and both hands on your sides (not hidden behind your back, overlapping with your body or crossed over to the other side)
